Planning and permitted development applications require drawings of the existing property (if applicable) and proposed scheme.

A typical planning application must consider numerous factors such as a clients space, budget and aesthetic requirements, neighbouring properties, flood risk, root protection zones, disabled access and national space standards.

We have years of experience creating these drawings and submitting applications for a wide variety of building types, from extensions and loft conversions to blocks of flats to simple outbuildings like stables, storage sheds and garages.
